Out of character
About RADium FM
RADium FM is an internet radio station set in a world that ended in 1957 and never quite noticed. It is an independent project, sibling to the r4dio app.
Almost everything you hear is generated: the music, the voices, the hosts’ words and the adverts. The news is real.
House rules
News is real Every bulletin is based on published reporting about the city, retold in character. Sources are linked in the Log.
Voices are fictional Archie and Lesya are invented characters with generated voices, passed through a radiation-interference effect. They are not based on real people.
Music is generated Every record is generated and reviewed by hand before it goes on air. No real artist is imitated.
Sponsors are fictional The brands in the adverts are invented for the station. Nothing is for sale and nobody paid for a mention.

The music licence allows commercial use of what it generates. Every hourly time check carries Resemble AI’s imperceptible Perth watermark, so the voice can be identified as synthetic. The news comes from the real sources listed in the Log; the hosts retell it in their own words.
